The Mormugao Port Authority (MPA), located at Headland Sada, Goa, has invited applications for the posts of Senior Advocate and Junior Advocate on a contractual basis. The appointments are aimed at strengthening MPA’s legal team in handling documentation, drafting, and advisory work related to port administration.

Remuneration
- Senior Advocate: ₹50,000 per month
- Junior Advocate: ₹30,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.), including integrated law degrees, from a university or institution recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
Experience Requirements
For Senior Advocate:
- Minimum 4 years of experience under a Senior Lawyer, in a Law Firm, or through independent practice.
- Should have experience in drafting various types of legal documents.
- Must demonstrate strong writing skills and computer proficiency.
For Junior Advocate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience under a Senior Lawyer, in a Law Firm, or through independent practice.
- Must have drafting experience, good writing abilities, and knowledge of computers.
Age Limit
- The maximum age limit for both positions is 45 years.
