Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) — a minimum 3-year professional course — with at least 50% marks.
OR - A 5-year Integrated LL.B. Degree (Professional) with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) will be given preference.
Experience:
- At least 24 years of post-qualification executive experience, including time spent as Executive Trainee/Management Trainee, in State/Central Government Departments, PSUs, large private organizations, reputed institutions, companies, or large law firms.
- Of this, at least 16 years must be in a legal function.
- Experience of up to 8 years as a practicing advocate will also be considered as part of the total 24 years.
- Candidates currently serving in Government/PSUs/PSBs must have at least one year’s experience in the next lower pay scale (IDA pattern ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 revised scale of 2017) or an equivalent level.
- In CPSEs operating this scale at multiple executive levels, only one level below the highest level in which the scale is used will be considered.
Age Limit: Maximum 52 years as of the closing date of application.
